To provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all procurement matters involving public funds by Oconee County; to maximize the purchasing value of public funds; to provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity; and to ensure all purchasing procedures and practices are followed as prescribed in the Centralized Procurement Regulations, Oconee County Ordinance 2001-15.
