Anyone wishing to submit written comments to the Planning Commission or the Board of Zoning Appeals can send their comments to the Planning Department by mail or email any of the Planning Staff.

The regularly scheduled July 13th meeting of the Planning Commission will begin at 6:30 pm in the Oconee County Council Chambers.

Stakeholders Meeting to Discuss the Economic Element and Priority Investment of the Comprehensive Plan:

Attention Realtors, Appraisers, and all those involved with real estate issues

 

On July 1, 2009, members of the Planning Department staff will conduct an informational seminar for realtors, appraisers, and other individuals that deal with real estate issues that may be impacted by recent changes to Oconee County’s land use regulations.   The session should last approximately 2 hours, and will start at 10:00 am in the Council Chambers at the Pine Street Administrative Complex in Walhalla. 

 

The seminar is free, but interested individuals are requested to register in advance by contacting the Planning Department by phone at 864-638-4218, or by the link on the Planning Department webpage at www.oconeesc.com/planning.
