(1)        Acceptance of Bid for Design/Build of Bathhouse at South Cove Park

 

(2)               Acceptance of Federal Emergency Management Agency Grant to Corinth-Shiloh Fire Department in the Amount of $109,028 with Local Match of $10,001

 

(3)               Execution of Utility Right-of-Way Easement Between Oconee County & City of Westminster for the Purpose of Constructing a New Water Line

 

(4)               Appointment of Library Board Members

·        The Oconee County Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee will meet Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at 12:00 noon in Council Chambers, 415 South Pine Street, Walhalla, SC for the purpose of discussing safety issues.

 

·        At 1:00 pm or immediately following the Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Health, & Welfare Committee, the Oconee County Real Estate, Facilities & Land Management Committee will meet for the purpose of discussing the following:

 

(1)   Request to dispose of a 2.716 acre tract of land on Highway 76

(2)   Design Concept for Animal Control facility

(3)   Old & new business as necessary

 

·        At 2:00 pm or immediately following the Real Estate, Facilities & Land Management Committee the Oconee County Road & Transportation Committee will meet for the purpose of discussing the following:

 

(1)               Chip/Seal of Fish Hatchery Roadway

(2)               Paving Contract Status

(3)               Review of Roadways to be Accepted in County System

(4)               Draft Revisions to Subdivision Roadway Ordinance

(5)               Old & new business as necessary
