(1) First Reading of Ordinance 2006-01, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY TAX COMMITTEE WHICH IS COMPRISED OF THE COUNTY AUDITOR, TREASURER AND ASSESSOR TO REVIEW AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON AGRICULTURAL AND RESIDENTIAL 4% APPLICATIONS FILED AFTER THE STATUTORY DEADLINE”

(2) First Reading of Ordinance 2006-02, “AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME OF THE INVESTMENT PERIOD UNDER THE EXISTING FEE-IN-LIEU OF TAXES ARRANGEMENT BETWEEN TYCO HEALTHCARE GROUP L.P. AND OCONEE COUNTY”

9. Discussion & Possible Action Regarding the Following Items – Mr. Ron Rabun, County Administrator:

(1) Consideration of Budget Amendment of $20,000 for the Coroner Division’s Professional Account

(2) Approval of Agreement Between the Corps of Engineers & Oconee County for Lakeshore Patrol on Lake Hartwell

(3)  Recreational Funds as Follows:

(a) $5,350 to the Fair Oak Youth Center

(b) $2,500 to Walhalla Recreation

(c) $2,500 to Westminster Recreation

(d) $2,500 to Tamassee-Salem Recreation

(e) $2,500 to Seneca Recreation

(4) Acceptance of Annual Local Emergency Planning Performance Grant in the Amount of $48,365

(5) Acceptance of FEMA Grant in the Amount of $24,638 with local match of $1,297 for Long Creek Fire Station

(6) Request to Apply for PARD Grant in the Amount of $6,120 for New Swing Structures at High Falls County Park

(6)        Request to Transfer Insurance, Replacement Batteries & Tires from 1977 Dodge Vehicle Leased from State Forestry to a 1985 Dodge 4X4 D150 Truck Vehicle Also Leased from State Forestry for Cleveland Fire Department

                        (7)        Request to Transfer Insurance and Maintenance from a 1976

                                    Dodge 4X4 Brush Truck Leased from State Forestry to a 1990

                                    Dodge Pickup Truck Titled to Oconee County
