(2)               Consideration of Acceptance of EMS Grant-in-Aid in the Amount of $23,435 with Local Match (Paid by OMH) in the Amount of $1,749

 

(3)               Acceptance of Phil Shirley’s Resignation as the District III Representative on the Recreation Commission

 

(4)               Consideration of Request for Approval of  new Recreational “District Funds Proposal” for Large Capital Projects

 

(5)               Consideration of Adoption of Contract By and Between Oconee County and Golden Corner Family Practice to Provide Physician Services at Detention Center

(1)               Third & Final Reading of Ordinance 2005-14, “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2004-31, AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE OCONEE COUNTY INFRASTRUCTURE ADVISORY COMMISSION”

 

(2)               First Reading of Ordinance 2005-15, “AN ORDINANCE REPLACING ORDINANCE 79-19 AND ORDINANCE 95-3, AN ORDINANCE REORGANIZING THE OCONEE COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTION, POWERS, AND DUTIES THEREOF”

 

8.                  Consideration of Approval of the following Resolution:

 

(1)               “A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY AND THE SOUTH CAROLINA ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES BEING AUTHORIZED AND DESIGNATED AS THE CLAIMANT AGENT FOR THE COUNTY PURSUANT TO THE SETOFF DEBT COLLECTION ACT 2003, AS AMENDED”

·        The Oconee County Council Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee will meet Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at 2:00 pm in Council Chambers, 415 South Pine Street, Walhalla, SC the purpose of discussing various safety and law enforcement needs.                                                                                                          

 

 

 

·        The Oconee County Road & Transportation Committee will meet Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at 1:00 pm in Council Chambers for the purpose of discussing various roadway problems to include Blue Mountain Subdivision.
