4. As per Section 6-1-320, SC Code of Laws, Oconee County Council will Consider Approval of a Millage Rate Which Will Override the Limitation of the State CPI for Fiscal Year 2005-06

Immediately following the special Council Meeting, the Budget, Finance & Procurement Committee will meet for the purpose of discussing consideration of reducing the 2005-06 Oconee County Budget by two to three percent.
