(1) Consideration of Request for Council to call for Special Election to Establish Special Fire Tax District for the Corinth-Shiloh Area
(2) ATAX Grant in the Amount of $1,600 to Discover Upcountry Association, 2005 Mountain Spirit of the River Festival
(3) Local Accommodations Tax Grant in the Amount of $647 to the Oconee County parks & Tourism Commission
(4) Revision to Tax Form Contract with Smith Data Processing for FY 2005-06
(5) Work Authorization for Talbert & Bright Project to Complete and Update Existing CEU Planning Documentation and for Preparation of New Planning Documentation in Support of the Runway 7-25 Extension Project as Required by the FAA
(6) Work Authorization for Talbert & Bright to Complete Revision of Airport Environmental Assessment as Required by the FAA
(7) Ratification of Budget Transfer for Road Department in the Amount of $100,000 to allow for Continuance of Patching & Paving
(8) Annual Contract Renewal of Oconee County Employee Health Plan Effective May 1, 2005
(9) Memorandum of Agreement between Oconee County & Upstate Animal Rescue
6. Consideration of Approval of the Following Resolutions:
(1) Resolution 2005-08, “NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NIMS) RESOLUTION”
(2) Resolution 2005-09, “A RESOLUTION OF RETIREMENT FOR EMOGENE ELROD”
(3) Resolution 2005-10, “A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING (1) THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN INDUCEMENT AND MILLAGE RATE AGREEMENT BETWEEN OCONEE COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA (“THE COUNTY”) AND CG ROXANE LLC (THE “COMPANY”), WHEREBY, UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS, THE COUNTY WILL ENTER INTO A FEE AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO SUCH PROPERTY; (2) THE COUNTY TO COVENANT IN SUCH FEE AGREEMENT TO ACCEPT CERTAIN FEES IN LIEU OF AD VALOREM TAXES WITH RESPECT TO SUCH PROPERTY; (3) SPECIAL SOURCE CREDITS TO REIMBURSE THE COMPANY FOR A PORTION OF THE COSTS OF CERTAIN INFRASTRUCTURE OR REAL PROPERTY COSTS INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH A MANUFACTURING OR COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE SERVING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTY; (4) THE BENEFITS OF A MULTI-COUNTY PARK TO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE COMPANY; AND (5) OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO”
7. Consideration of Approval of the Following Ordinances:
(1) Third & Final Reading of Ordinance 2005-05, “THE OCONEE COUNTY 2004-05 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE”
(2) First Reading of Ordinance 2005-06, “AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION”
(3) First Reading of Ordinance 2005-07, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING: (1) THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A FEE IN LIEU OF TAX AND INCENTIVE AGREEMENT (THE “FEE AGREEMENT”) BETWEEN OCONEE COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA (“OCONEE COUNTY”) AND CG ROXANE LLC (THE “COMPANY”), PURSUANT TO WHICH FEE AGREEMENT OCONEE COUNTY SHALL COVENANT TO ACCEPT CERTAIN FEES IN LIEU OF AD VALOREM TAXES; (2) SPECIAL SOURCE CREDITS TO REIMBURSE THE COMPANY FOR A PORTION OF THE COSTS OF CERTAIN INFRASTRUCTURE OR REAL PROPERTY COSTS INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH A MANUFACTURING OR COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE SERVING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF OCONEE COUNTY; (3) THE BENEFITS OF A MULTI-COUNTY PARK TO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO COMPANY; AND (4) OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO”

The Oconee County Budget, Finance & Procurement Committee will meet Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at 4:30 pm in Council Chambers, 415 South Pine Street, Walhalla, SC for the purpose of discussing the proposed supplemental appropriations ordinance and other budgetary items as necessary.
There will be a work session of the Oconee County Council in executive session Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at 5:30 pm for the purpose of discussing legal matters.
The Oconee County Personnel & Administration Committee will meet in executive session Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers, 415 South Pine Street, Walhalla, SC for the purpose of discussing personnel/contractual matters.
The Oconee County Infrastructure Committee will meet Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at 2:00 pm in Council Chambers, 415 South Pine Street, Walhalla, SC.
The Oconee County Council will meet with the Tri County Technical College Board Thursday, April 14, 2005 at noon, Cross Creek, Grill, 130 Club Drive, Seneca, SC for the purpose of receiving their budget request.
