From the desk of Jerry Dyar, Director, Oconee County Veterans Affairs:

The Oconee County Veterans Affairs Office would like to introduce our new office associate to the thousands of veterans and citizens of Oconee County.  Ms. Tanya Adkins has assumed the position of Secretary as of February 20, 2018.  Ms. Adkins, a resident of Mountain Rest has already made a very good impact on our mission and she is eager to get to know as many of our great Oconee County veterans as possible.  She has a most adequate knowledge of modern office practices, etc and I have no doubt that she is going to become an even greater asset to our office as she endeavors to join our team in continuing our effort to make the Oconee County Veterans Affairs Office one that the veterans of our county can continue to be proud of.  So—drop by sometime soon and say hello and welcome to Tanya Adkins at the Oconee County Veterans Affairs Office.
