The mission of the Oconee County Finance Department is to provide assurance of continued financial integrity within the framework of federal and state laws and County policies, while providing sound financial counsel regarding investment, financial practice and policy, and debt issues to Oconee County Council, the County Administrator, and other related agencies.

External agencies, who wish to request funding for consideration by Oconee County Council for the fiscal year 2013-2014 budget, must complete the Direct Aid Request Form and submit it to the Oconee County Finance Department no later than February 15, 2013.  Please contact the Finance Department at 864-638-4235 with any questions.
