 Administrator: Scott Moulder

Scott Moulder was born  in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was raised in the small suburb of Norcross.  He moved to Charleston, South Carolina to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and played baseball with the College of Charleston.

During his studies in Charleston, he met his wife, and they were married in Charleston. Scott and Becky currently parent two sons and one daughter.

The Moulder family now calls Seneca home. Scott started the position as Oconee County Administrator in June of 2010, after he served as the Abbeville County Director.
