Meet County Administrator Scott Moulder
Scott Moulder was born in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was raised in the small suburb of Norcross. He moved to Charleston, South Carolina to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and played baseball with the College of Charleston.
During his studies in Charleston, he met his wife, and they were married in Charleston. Scott and Becky currently parent two sons and one daughter.
The Moulder family now calls Seneca home. Scott started the position as Oconee County Administrator in June of 2010, after he served as the Abbeville CountyDirector.
Prior to his position with Abbeville County, Scott was employed with the Town of Clover, South Carolina as the Town Administrator. Before his local government management career, he earned his Master's Degree in Public Administration from the College of Charleston and began his government management career with the Lower Savannah Council of Governments as a Roving Administrator.
Since coming to Oconee County, the Moulders have enjoyed hiking, Clemson football game weekends and the hospitality of their friends and neighbors here in Oconee County.
